Owen Evans Signs For City

Gloucester City are delighted to announce the signing of Owen Evans on a one-year deal.
The left-back/left-sided midfielder spent several years with Swansea City, graduating from their academy and featuring for their U18 and U21 squads.
A spell with Salford City followed for Evans before a switch to Merthyr Town, where the 21-year-old played regularly last season.
Evans has been on trial at City in recent weeks, featuring in two pre-season friendlies and becomes City's seventh signing of the summer.
Upon signing for the club, Evans said: " My best attribute is my speed, I like to get up and down the pitch, I give my all every game - hopefully I can get some assists this season."
