Can I/my child trial with the club?

 

  We will  always announce any open trials via our social media channels for all sections    of the club ahead of them taking place. Otherwise trials are by invitation only.

I purchased tickets but now I can’t come to the match, can I get a refund?

  We can’t offer refunds on tickets if you are unable to attend, so please ensure you are  able to attend prior to booking tickets 

I purchased a ticket but I haven't received a confirmation email?

  99% of the time this is because the email address was not typed correctly 

Can I purchase seats next to each other?

  Seating is allocated on a first come first served basis on the day, so please ensure you    arrive early to guarantee seats next to each other 

Can I purchase tickets on the gate?

  Tickets are normally available on the gate but are more expensive than buying in          advance. We recommend you buy in advance online or if you wish to pay cash then  visit   the club during the week. 

Do I need to print my tickets off?

  You can print your ticket off if you wish, or show the email confirmation at the gate.

I’m a blue badge holder can I reserve a parking space at the ground?

  We will always try to accommodate these requests if you can notify us the week before   the game by emailing safety@gcafc.co.uk 

Can you send me a free shirt/item of merchandise/player autographs/signed programme?

 

  Unfortunately we aren’t able to fulfil these requests

Can I bring my dog or pet to ground?

  Unfortunately not, only assisted dogs i.e. guide dogs are allowed in the ground.

Can I be put on the press/media list?
