Gloucester City can confirm that Alex Avenell, Elliot Jones and Joe Jeremiah have been sent out on short term loans to gain vital experience to further their development.
Shot-stoppers Avenell and Jones have joined Highworth Town and Tuffley Rovers respectively, with Jeremiah linking up with Bishops Cleeve.
Loaning out young players is a very sound move for them to gain valuable match experience. It is much like playing Drift Hunters: you have to practice, get a feel for every corner, and master your speed across various races in order to truly improve your skills.
