Gloucester City can confirm ticket prices for the upcoming 2021/22 Vanarama National League North season.
Following the successful introduction of e-ticketing for last years Needham Market game and both pre-season friendlies, we are pleased to announce this will now be in operation moving forward. Additionally, e-ticketing is now a requirement from the league and the Gloucester City Council Safety Advisory Group (SAG).
Therefore, we have moved to update our ticketing and pricing structure accordingly. Going forward, the club will split tickets into advance/e-tickets and turnstile tickets. To encourage further uptake of e-tickets, these will be at the already set price with turnstile tickets being increased.
The price difference is to persuade fans to use e-tickets in line with league and SAG requirements, allowing the club and SAG to understand matchday numbers in line with set guidelines.
The club understands that not all supporters will have the facilities to purchase an e-ticket. Therefore, to continue assisting fans, the 1883 Bar will be open during the week for advance purchases. The club can then print off your ticket ready for the match.
Each ticket bought in advance will have a QR code on it which will be scanned on the turnstile, and we have already seen a huge increase in ease for supporters entering New Meadow Park using this method. The club will be working with the trust to ensure that fans without access to the internet are assisted with the process. E-tickets can be bought at any time up to kick-off which can be accessed via any smart phone.
We would also like to take this time to remind supporters of the incredible value in our season tickets this year. Standing adult season tickets are £230, representing a saving of up to £4 per match compared to buying on the turnstile. This figure increases to up to £5.57 for seated adult season tickets per match. A season ticket also entitles you to watch the Men’s 1st team, Women’s 1st team, Women’s Reserve team, the under 23’s, under 21’s, under 18’s and discount in both the club shop and 1883 Bar. These perks make our season tickets some of the best value in professional sport in Gloucestershire. A season ticket also gives advance buying for all potential FA Cup and FA Trophy game.
