Job Title: Assistant Kit Manager (Voluntary Role)

Club: Gloucester City AFC

Location: KMM Energy Stadium, GL2 5HD

Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Matchdays optional)

Reports to: Head Kit Man / First Team Coaches

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Kit Manager (voluntary) to support our first-team operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a semi-professional football environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kit room and changing areas.

• Prepare training equipment during training sessions alongside guidance from first-team staff.

• Support with washing, drying, and storing kit as required.

• Set up and clear down changing rooms before and after training sessions.

• Assist with matchday kit duties (optional).

About You

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a close-knit team.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things organised.

• Willing to get stuck in and help wherever needed.

• Friendly, approachable, and respectful of the team environment.

• Time management and communication skills.

• No previous experience required — training and guidance will be provided.

Commitment

• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM (training nights)

• Matchdays: Optional (home or away, as available)
