Forward Sopuruchukwu Obieri and defender Mitchell Roberts have returned to their parent clubs after short-term loan spells with the club.
Obieri, 18, joined the club in the summer on a short-term loan deal from Cheltenham Town, following previous loan spells at Worcester City and Hungerford Town. The teenager netted two goals for the club, one poachers goal in our first away win of the season at Hungerford Town, and another sublime finish in our 3-0 away win against Weymouth as well as making numerous impactful substitute appearances, winning countless penalties and constantly causing issues for defenders.
Roberts, 25, was brought into the club during the middle of October and has been a great asset to us at the back, playing all the way across the backline. The Hereford loanee was involved in multiple matches, including playing a part in our FA Trophy triumph over National League South side Worthing.
We would like to thank both players for their efforts during their time at the club & we wish both the best of luck for all of their future endeavours. Also, we would like to thank Cheltenham Town FC & Hereford FC for their co-operation during these loan deals.
