Squad Update | Mitchell Roberts loan extended

Gloucester City AFC are delighted to announce that our loan deal with Hereford FC for defender Mitchell Roberts has been extended to January 3rd 2026.

Roberts came on board on October 17th and has made several appearances over the last month in both the League and Isuzu FA Trophy, the left-sided defender is proving to be a great addition to the squad.

“I am pleased to extend my stay here,” said Roberts. “Every game for me is an opportunity to show what I can do and make an impact.

“The squad is strong; there’s real quality throughout and plenty of togetherness, which I am delighted to be part of as the games continue to come thick and fast.”
