Preview | Kidderminster (A)

By Rowan Lee

Gloucester City make the short trip to Aggborough today to take on Kidderminster Harriers in the Vanarama National League North (KO: 3pm).

Steven King’s men travel to Worcestershire with all focus on bringing back the much needed three points if they are to get back up to the playoff places.

Here are the statistics regarding City’s 20th league game of this current season:

Form:

City currently have a tally of 26 points on the board heading into the game and with no win in their last four league games King will be eager to get back on track with a win.

City’s last match was against Kettering Town in the FA Trophy on Saturday which disappointingly ended in a 1-0 defeat. However, due to Kettering fielding an ineligible player, City find themselves still involved in the competition and will play Gateshead on the 17th December in the next round.

Kidderminster on the other hand, are just a point above City in the league and have been on a decent run of form winning their last two games.

The Harriers latest victory came away against AFC Telford United on Tuesday night in a game which saw them win 2-1.

Key Players:

No doubt City’s defence will be aware of their opponents threats heading into this game. Striker Ethan Fremantle has currently netted seven goals for the Harriers so far this season along with winger Ashley Hemmings who has three to his name.
