Gloucester City AFC are delighted to announce a partnership with PDSPro, that will be trialled within parts of our youth sector for the upcoming season.
As a football academy we are always looking for new innovative ways to help with player development, that's why, for the new season, we're excited to partner with PDSPro (Elite Player Development System) - the player-led, coach supported web app that empowers players to take ownership of their player development journey as they progress through the youth development phase. We'll be using the app for our U12-U16 age groups to provide structured high level feedback through four core areas - Reflections, Analysis, Individual Development Plans and Resources.
Josh Taylor (Head of Academy) comments - 'It's vitally important for us to add value where we can to our academy and offer our players the best learning environment across the age groups. PDSPro allows us to monitor development in a structured way using the FA four corner model - Technical/Tactical, Physical, Psychological and Social. I'm really excited by the new partnership and feel it will help shape our feedback process for player development across the academy.'
James Chance (PDSPro) comments - 'This is a fantastic opportunity for us to partner with a local, well supported academy and be part of that memorable player journey. As PDSPro is a multi-sport app, this partnership allows us to create a blueprint for football academies going forward, part of a business model that we are very excited to explore.'

Playing Stickman Hook feels almost therapeutic. Swing, hook, bounce—the combination is oddly calming yet addictive. I use it as a quick break from work or study since it loads fast and gets you straight into the action. The levels are deceptively clever too—easy on the eyes but tricky if your timing’s off.
This is awesome! Glad to see Gloucester City investing in their youth players. PDSPro sounds like a great tool to help them reach their full potential. Fingers crossed for a successful partnership!
