Daf Williams Announces Backroom Staff For 25/26 Campaign
City Manager Daf Williams has appointed his backroom staff for the upcoming season in this letter below:
I am delighted to announce my backroom staff for the upcoming season.
Manager : Daf Williams
Assistant Manager : Kevin Phillips
Player Coach : Aaron Wildig
Goalkeeper Coach : Conor Thompson
Medical : Jonny Evans
Analyst : Sam Viner
Kitman : Karl Sheppard
Kev (Phillips) is someone I’ve known for many years and has such fantastic personal and professional qualities. He has experience in a variety of roles at different levels in the game and we’re extremely fortunate to have someone like him on board. As well as his many qualities, being a born and bred Gloucester boy he has a great desire and determination to see the club be successful. He was here as Goalkeeper Coach back in 2014-2016, and has since held roles at Bristol Rovers (Academy Coach) , Forest Green Rovers (Head of Coaching), Kidderminster Harriers (Goalkeeper Coach), and Hereford (Assistant Manager).
Aaron (Wildig) is someone I’ve worked with for the last couple of years at Newport County and we’re extremely fortunate to have a EFL standard player join us. Alongside playing, the opportunity to involve Aaron in a coaching capacity was a no brainer, with coaching & management being something he’s passionate about exploring longer term. Our values and professional standards align, and I’m delighted to have him at the football club, first and foremost as a player, but also in a coaching capacity.
Remaining at the club will be Conor Thompson (Goalkeeper Coach), Jonny Evans (Medical), Sam Viner (Analyst), Karl Sheppard (Kitman). We’re delighted to keep all the above and extremely looking forward to working with them.

I’ve been looking into the exams for study abroad, and it really depends on the country and course you choose some require English proficiency tests while others may ask for entrance exams. It’s important to understand the requirements early to plan properly. While researching, I also came across some general guidance through Education Vibes that helped clarify the basic exam options.
