City sign Wiles-Richards

Goalkeeper Harvey Wiles-Richards has signed from Bristol City on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Wiles-Richards plays for Bristol's U23 side and has been involved with their first team set-up. The stopper first broke through at Bath City's college programme and played for the Romans in National League South.

"We are delighted to have Harvey on board until the end of the season," commented Lee Mansell.

"He is extremely well thought of at Bristol City where they have high hopes for him. We thank Nigel Pearson, Pat Mountain and Bristol City for allowing this to happen."

"With Jake out for a considerable amount of time with his calf, Liam still not right with his groin and our previous loan signing Archie being ruled out for 6 weeks with a ankle injury sustained at Bradford, we felt this was a vital position to be strong in for the run in."

Wiles-Richards goes straight into the City squad for the today's home game at TigerTurf Stadium with AFC Fylde.
