Gloucester City AFC Stadium Naming Rights Raffle Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Eligibility

• Open to UK-registered businesses and individuals aged 18 or over.

• Directors, employees, and representatives of Gloucester City AFC (and their immediate family members) are excluded from entering.

2. Entry Process

• Each entry costs £1,000 plus VAT.

• Entries are made via purchase of raffle tickets through official Gloucester City AFC channels.

• Each ticket purchased represents one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

• All entries and full payment must be received by the advertised closing date. Late entries or entries without payment will not be valid.

3. Guaranteed benefit for all entrants

• Each entrant will receive a 1m x 2m pitchside advertising board at the stadium for the remainder of the current season.

• Entrants must provide all artwork for their board in the required format.

• Existing pitchside sponsors will instead receive a free renewal for one season.

4. Prize Details

• The winning entrant will be awarded exclusive stadium naming rights until May 31st 2026.

• The chosen name must be approved by Gloucester City AFC. Names deemed offensive, misleading, discriminatory, political, or otherwise inappropriate will not be accepted.

• If a proposed name is rejected, the winner may suggest an alternative.

• The winner is responsible for supplying and covering the cost of all stadium signage, including design, production, and installation. Gloucester City AFC will provide guidance on placement and approvals.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Draw Process

• A winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries under independent supervision.

• The draw will take place on the advertised date, and the winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Gloucester City AFC reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. Use of Naming Rights

• The winning name will be used in official club communications, matchday materials, signage, and media coverage.

• Gloucester City AFC reserves the right to abbreviate or adjust the name for operational or regulatory purposes.

7. Marketing & Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to their business name, logo, and/or personal details being used in promotional materials by Gloucester City AFC without further compensation.

8. Liability

• Gloucester City AFC accepts no liability for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.

• If fewer than 20 entries are received, Gloucester City AFC reserves the right to cancel the raffle.

9. Refunds

• If the raffle is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 28 days of cancellation.

• Any pitchside advertising boards already installed at the time of cancellation will remain in place until the end of the current season.

10. Legal

• Entry into the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Gloucester City AFC’s decision in all matters relating to the raffle is final and binding.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• The raffle is promoted by Trevor King, Gloucester City Supporters Ltd, under Lottery Licence 13010605
