Here's the essential guide for York City fans planning on attending New Meadow Park this Saturday!
TICKETS
Tickets remain on sale for the game and can be purchased from GloucesterSport.com/Tickets. Remaining tickets will be available for purchase on the turnstiles, but we would recommend buying an e-ticket in advance.
GETTING TO THE STADIUM
Car - our postcode is GL2 5HS. However there is no parking available at the stadium, so please plan your journey before arriving at the ground. A limited number of Blue Badge spaces can be reserved at the ground, email the club at info@gcafc.co.uk to reserve one if needed.
Public transport - Gloucester railway station is around a 20-25 minute walk away through Gloucester city centre and the Gloucester Quays. Stagecoach buses 8 and 11 leave from the city centre and stop just a couple of minutes walk from the ground. Please check their website to keep up to date with times.
AWAY PUB
Due to the relatively central location of the ground there are a number of pubs within walking distance. However we would recommend The High Orchard at the end of Sudmeadow Road (where the ground is located).
NEW MEADOW PARK GUIDE
Access can be gained through Gate B at the far end of the stadium.
York City fans will be allocated the South Stand terrace behind the goal, which offers covered and uncovered standing. There are also a limited number of seated tickets in the Malvern Tyres 1883 Stand.
Food and drink will be available from a catering unit on the West Stand. Alcohol sales will be from the outside bar on the West Stand, which will continue serving after full time.
We look forward to welcoming York City and York City supporters for what will be an historic match for our club. We wish you all safe travels for what should be an entertaining match.
