Gloucester City are delighted to announce that Lucas Tomlinson has re-joined the club for the 2022/23 season.

The attacking midfielder made 31 appearances for City back last campaign during a loan spell from Bristol Rovers, scoring seven goals during his time at The TigerTurf Stadium.
The 21-year-old, who came through the youth set-up at Bristol Rovers and also has experience on loan with Bath City and Torquay United, becomes City’s sixth new signing of the summer following the additions of Kennedy Digie, Tre Mitford, Ben Morgan, Brandon Hall and Kieran Phillips.
After signing for the club on a permanent basis, Tomlinson said: "I'm buzzing, it was always in my mind to come back, knowing the gaffer and being here last season - it just made sense, I'm very happy."

What a signing! Getting Tomlinson back permanently is huge—7 goals last year speaks volumes about his impact. His attacking flair is exactly what the team needs. I'm looking forward to seeing him unleash some spectacular shots this season, hopefully including a few powerful efforts that resemble an *orbit kick* soaring past the keeper! Welcome back, Lucas.
