Preview | Standards set for Hemmings

After the frustration of seeing Tuesday’s game against Taunton Town postponed on the back of our victory at Hanworth Villa, we will be looking to pick up from where we left off on Saturday as we make the long journey north to Barrow in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round qualifying.

“We have to bring the same energy as we did in our last game,” said Ashley Hemmings. “We’ve set a standard now on and off the ball and that has to continue.

“It was frustrating that Tuesday’s game had to be postponed as we were looking forward to getting back out there and building on our previous performance.

“Now our attention turns to the FA Cup and making progress in this competition. It’s a tough draw for us; a long journey to face higher level opponents, but we’re relishing the challenge ahead.

“There’s a good team spirit here and plenty of competition for places. We are all together as one and we’ll go to Barrow and give it everything we’ve got.”

Safe travels to everyone who will be making the trip. Full match details can be found here….
