City last made the First Round proper in 2013, but the club’s best ever run in the competition came in 1989, losing to Cardiff in a Second Round replay.
City Manager Paul Groves was Portsmouth’s First Team Coach when they won the FA Cup in 2008.
This is Longlevens’ furthest progress in the FA Cup in their history, having won their three previous matches in this season’s competition.
Team News
City’s new signing Corey Jordan is available for selection and could make his debut. Danny King is back in the squad, but Armel Zola is cup tied having played for Glossop North End in the Extra Preliminary Round. As City can name seven substitutes it’s expected that some of the U-21 squad will be promoted to the Seniors.
Kevin Dawson and Fabien Robert are suspended.
The Visitors
Longlevens are unbeaten in ten games and enjoyed a midweek victory over Brimscome and Thrupp in the Hellenic Premier League which sees them sitting in third place. New signing Rudi McKinnon is cup tied having appeared for Tuffley Rovers in a previous round.
