Gloucester City are delighted to welcome centre back Michael O’Regan who has signed from Evesham United.
The 23 year old played 133 times for the Robins and was their Vice Captain last season, winning promotion to the Southern League Premier.
O’ Regan said: ‘It feels good to be here, we all know what the goal is here this year and hopefully I can add to that. I’m a defender so I want to win game and keep clean sheets. There’s a lot of good players at the club who I can hopefully learn from them. It’s an exciting time to be at the club and I’m looking forward to it.’
Manager Daf Williams said: ‘Michael’s had a very successful spell at Evesham and I’m delighted to have him join us and our strong defensive unit. He has excellent attributes for a young player and is really keen to learn and develop. Michael’s a good size and athletic. He’s a defender that’s comfortable on the ball, and has some real good leadership qualities for his age. I’m really looking forward to working with him, and hopefully seeing him grow and progress with the football club.’
Congrats on Yaser Kasim’s signing! His experience in the EFL and internationals will be huge for the squad. Speaking of skill and precision, have you tried ?
