MATCH ARRANGEMENTS: YORK (H)

As we gear up for our first league match with supporters in Gloucester since 2007, we would like to make supporters aware of arrangements for the game. Please familiarise yourself with these before travelling to the game.

TICKETS

Tickets remain on sale for the game and can be purchase from GloucesterSport.com/Tickets. Turnstiles will open at 1:30pm and available tickets can be purchased on the gate.

TRAVEL AND PARKING

Sadly, there will be no parking at New Meadow Park or on Sudmeadow Road for supporters. Parking will be limited to players, club staff and matchday helpers. Please ensure you have planned your journey to the ground before leaving.

There are a limited number of Blue Badge spaces, if you would like to reserve a space, please email the club on info@gcafc.co.uk.

Gloucester railway station is around a 20/25 minute walk away through the City Centre and Quays. Alternatively, Stagecoach operate buses 8 and 11 which both stop a couple of minutes from the ground.

TURNSTILES AND SEGREGATION

This match will be segregated. York City have been allocated the South Stand terrace and the end section of the seated Malvern Tyres 1883 Stand. York fans will be able to access the new outside bar below the scoreboard. All York City fans should enter through Gate B at the far end of the stadium.

City fans will be allocated the rest of the ground including the 1883 Bar and new outside bar under the scoreboard. We would like to ask our seated season ticket holders to use the City Stand, next to the T-End. City fans with tickets in the West Stand, T-End and the County Tyres City stand should use Gate A, and supporters with tickets in the Malvern Tyres 1883 Stand should use Gate B.

SEASON TICKET COLLECTIONS

Season tickets will be available to collect from the Club Shop next to Gate A.

FOOD AND DRINK

Harvey's Catering will be open, offering food and soft drinks. These will be located at the far ends of the West Stand and the kiosks are available to both sets of supporters.

The 1883 Bar will be open before and during the match for Gloucester City fans only. The new outside bar under the scoreboard will be open to both sets of supporters. Please note the 1883 Bar will be closed at full-time due to COVID regulations, but the outside bar will stay open after the match.

There are a healthy number of pubs and restaurants in the area for York fans, especially at Gloucester Quays which is a 5 minute walk away. However we would recommend The High Orchard at the end of Sudmeadow Road, just a minutes walk from the ground.

All cash points will be taking card, and we encourage all supporters to use card where possible.

COVID

We would ask supporters displaying COVID symptoms not to travel to New Meadow Park. Hand sanitisers will be placed around the stadium and we encourage fans to use these. We would also encourage the use of face coverings, especially in enclosed areas.
