Gloucester City are delighted to announce the signings of Ollie Hulbert and Harrison Minturn on one-month loan deals.
Hulbert is a player City fans know well, with the versatile forward spending time on loan at the club from Bristol Rovers last season.
The 19-year-old made 32 appearances for Lee Mansell's side, scoring nine goals in the Vanarama National League North.
Minturn joins from League Two side Swindon Town, where the young defender has worked his way up through the academy ranks and into the first-team squad.
18 years of age, Minturn made his first-team debut against Newport County in the Papa John's Trophy in November 2021 and has also spent time out on loan at Vanarama National League South outfit Chippenham Town.
Here's what City manager Lee Mansell had to say after bringing Hulbert and Minturn in:
"I’m delighted to have both Harrison and Ollie join us for the next month of the season.
Currently we find ourselves battling against a perfect storm of injuries, so I’m delighted to get both of these players with fantastic quality in to help us get through this very rocky period.
Harrison can function in a couple of positions but primarily is a centre-half but can also play in midfield if needed, I would like to thank Swindon and Sandro Di Michele for helping make this happen and hope Mino has a enjoyable experience with us.
Ollie who we all know about from last season has undoubted qualities, he’s had a tough period of not getting much game time at Yeovil so he’s here to get himself and us back firing again, thanks to Chris Hargreaves at Yeovil for allowing us to have him.
Both have settled in really well, both bring good quality which is very much what we need at this moment in time.
I am hopeful we may be able to get one or two more in before tomorrow evenings game against AFC Telford."
City are next in action tomorrow night as they welcome AFC Telford to the TigerTurf Stadium.
