City add Dylan Barkers

The club can confirm that Cheltenham Town’s midfielder Dylan Barkers has joined Gloucester City on a month’s loan.
Barkers has experience playing in the non-league with Solihull Moors, Guiseley and Alvechurch before making the step-up to Cheltenham after a successful trial period.
The Dutch-born central midfielder has already featured in the National League North this season when he was on loan at Leamington earlier in the year.
“We are happy to get Dylan here, he gives us some more competition in that central midfield area” reflected Lee Mansell.
“We’ve been impressed by what we’ve seen of him. He’ll free up our more attacking minded midfield players to play higher up. So that will give us some more options in the middle of the park.”
“We are delighted to have him on board and hopeful to get clearance ahead of the game this Saturday.”
The loan deal is subject to clearance from the FA.
