After a successful trial period with the club during pre-season, Gloucester City is pleased to announce the signing of Khaellem Bailey-Nichols.
The striker had a number of impressive performances before securing a deal for the upcoming season, including a brace against Hungerford Town. After signing for the club, the 22 year old had the following to say:
“I’m really happy to be joining the club. I want to say a big thank you to the lads and the gaffer. I can’t wait to start the season, the only bad thing is we won’t be able to play in front of our fans and show them the new stadium. Lets go Tigers!"
On getting the deal over the line, first team manager James Rowe had the following to say:
“Khaellem has come in and shown a great work ethic and desire to develop his game. His positive character fits in perfectly to the group and we look forward to working with him this season.”
Khaellem is available for selection this weekend as we take on Christchurch FC in the Emirates FA Cup.
