Gloucester City AFC are delighted to have agreed to sign 20-year-old winger Jake Gosling from Sky Bet League Two Exeter City on loan until the end of the season.\r\n\r\nHaving been loaned out to Dorchester Town at the beginning of the 2012/13 season, the attacker scored the Magpies goal that knocked rivals Plymouth Argyle – the club he had been released from as an Academy player – out of the FA Cup in the First Round in a 1-0 win.\r\n\r\nTigers manager Tim Harris is thrilled with the acquisition of the youngster.\r\n\r\n”Jake Gosling will add to the balance of the squad perfectly, he can provide natural width and pace,” said Harris.\r\n\r\n”Jake is equally comfortable on both flanks and is very keen to get some game time and looking forward to our trip to Gainsborough Trinity on Saturday.”\r\n\r\nChairman Stuart Pike was equally as buoyant about the move.\r\n\r\n“We welcome Jake to Gloucester City and I would personally like to thank Exeter City for their help,” Pike commented.\r\n\r\n”I am aware Tim has known Paul Tisdale for many years and that obviously had a good bearing on Jake coming to Gloucester City.”
