Date: Monday April 6th 2015\r\nCompetition: Vanarama Conference North\r\nVenue: Gainsborough Martin & Co Arena, Gainsborough\r\nKick–off: 3pm\r\n\r\nGloucester City will be looking to extend their good run of form when they travel to Lincolnshire to face 14th placed Gainsborough Trinity, in the Vanarama Conference North.\r\n\r\nThe Tigers head into the long trip North having won their last two matches convincingly. First stunning Solihull Moors 2-0 away from home followed by a decisive 3-1 victory at home to Leamington on Easter Saturday.\r\n\r\nGainsborough have risen up the Conference North standings recently, helped partly by a good run of form that has seen them pick up 10 points from the last 15 available, including a win against Tamworth and a credible 0-0 stalemate with title-chasing AFC Fylde.\r\n\r\nCity currently sit in 17th place following three games unbeaten, leaving them five points clear of the relegation zone. The Tigers are behind the Lincolnshire based side by just three points, and a win on Monday and a 3 goal swing would see them overtake Trinity.\r\n\r\nCity still have a game in hand over teams above and below them, including Monday’s opponents Gainsborough, however, this fixture marks the last that the Tigers have to play against teams around them in the table.\r\n\r\nTeam news: Manager Tim Harris is not going to risk Sahr Kabba, who tweaked his hamstring in the match against Solihull. Sahr is responding well to treatment however it is too big a risk to play him. However, we expect him to be available for the Chorley fixture.\r\n\r\nConnor Thompson will also not be risked as he is still recovering from a broken hand, however he will train with a cast protecting it on Thursday.\r\n\r\nThere is some good news for the Tigers as Harry White is okay to play following an injury picked up in the opening minute’s of Saturday’s match against Leamington.\r\n\r\nYou can catch live updates from the match on our Twitter page (@GCAFCofficial) and on Facebook (GCAFCofficial) from 2:45pm tomorrow afternoon.\r\n\r\nGloucester City’s media coverage is sponsored by Baylis Motors.
