Date: Saturday April 11th 2015\r\n\r\nCompetition: Vanarama Conference North\r\n\r\nVenue: Whaddon Road\r\n\r\nKick-off: 3pm\r\n\r\nFollowing a late surge from Gainsborough Trinity on Saturday that saw Gloucester City miss out on 3 points that would’ve seen them all but assure safety, the Tigers will be looking to fair better against high-flying Chorley tomorrow.\r\n\r\nWhen the two teams faced off earlier in the season, City came away with a 2-1 victory that even manager Tim Harris claims was a very fortunate result.\r\n\r\nThe Magpies will come to Whaddon Road knowing that if they win and results go their way they will be well and truly in the hunt for the Vanarama Conference North title.\r\n\r\nThe Tigers need 4 points to guarantee their safety in the Conference North, but a result against Chorley will all but see the Tigers secure another season in Step 2.\r\n\r\nTeam news: Sahr Kabba has had another good week’s rehab on his hamstring injury sustained against Solihull Moors, however he won’t be fit for tomorrow’s clash. We are hopeful that he might be available for Tuesday’s derby game against Worcester.\r\n\r\nConnor Thompson is still recovering from his broken hand and trained on Thursday night with a cast on, however it is too big a risk to play him on Saturday.\r\n\r\nJack Harris is seeing a specialist next week about his knee injury but his season is over. However there is some good news about George Miller, who has made really good progress on his rehabilitation of his ankle injury. There is a slight chance we may see him before the end of the season.
