After 2-3 miles you’ll pass the Crown Inn on the RHS, then a petrol station on the left-hand side. In the centre of Nailsworth there’s one mini-roundabout; turn right into Spring Hill. Go up hill and continue along this road, which becomes Nympsfield Road, for approx 900 yards. The ground is on the left-hand side after the second new roundabout.

On reaching Nailsworth, turn left at mini-roundabout in centre of town, up Spring Hill, then follow directions as from North.
From the East (M4): Leave M4 at Junction 18, follow A46 directly to Nailsworth and at mini-roundabout turn left up Spring Hill, then directions as from North.
FROM RAILWAY STATION (Stroud): Trains: Run to Gloucester and Swindon. Change at Gloucester for Bristol and the South-West, South Wales, Birmingham and the North. Change at Swindon for Reading, London (Paddington), plus Bristol and the South-West.
On foot: It’s at least four miles from Stroud Town centre. By taxi: Around £6-7, journey time 10-15 mins.
By bus: Bus 93, run by Stagecoach Stroud Valleys, runs from Stroud Bus Station (5 minutes’ walk from the railway station, through the Merrywalks shopping centre) to Nailsworth and Forest Green at 30 minute intervals. Call Stagecoach on (01453) 763 421 for further information. Note: you may need a taxi back to Stroud after a midweek match.
PARKING There are three separate car parking areas at the new stadium which can cater for 250+ cars. Should there be a need for extra parking then there is plenty of on street parking in close proximity to the ground.Alternatively, you can park for free in Nailsworth town centre and catch a bus or walk up the hill (not a good idea unless you are used to extreme exercise!).
ARRIVING AT THE GROUND
Parking around the stadium is restricted, and fans are warned that police clampers will be in attendance. Entrance to the club car parks will be free. Unless instructed otherwise, fans should park in car park B, which is located opposite the far end of the main stand as you drive in (drive the length of the stand, then turn left into the carpark.
On leaving the carpark the Green Man Pub is opposite the entrance, and is your normal port of call for a pre or post match drink/food. There is no entrance to the ground through the pub, so once fed and watered please proceed to the other end of the stand, where turnstiles C and D will be open – one for concessions and one for full price or season tickets. Entry to matches will be £8.50 Adults and £4.50 Concessions, and there will be no additional charge for a seat in the stand.
Please note that there is no admittance to the ground through the main reception for anyone other than officials of the two clubs, or for people using the health facilities, who will use that entrance to the gym etc, but will not be able to access the ground.
Accommodation within the stadium will be limited to the Rockwool terrace (behind the right hand goal) and the main stand (with the exception of a small section at the left hand side, which will be clearly marked). The far terrace will not be opened for games for the time being, whilst the area behind the left hand goal is currently a building site, and must not be entered by anybody.
Only two of the four entrances from off the concourse to the Main Stand will be open, No’s 1 & 3 and FGRFC would be responsible for ensuring areas which were out of bounds were appropriately marked. Please respect signage and temporary barriers and guidance from stewards. The only exception would be members of the press as their area will be outside the normal allocated areas.
Toilets, snack bar and alcohol sales can all be made in the concourse under the main stand, but please note that no alcohol is to be taken away from that sales area – the approved drinking zone is clearly marked and must be adhered to.
Programme sales will be made inside the concourse, with the old Meadow Park team in attendance to facilitate sales. For the first few matches the supporters shop will also be in this area, but a more permanent shop will soon be established elsewhere – look out for announcements.
There was a No Smoking policy for the stadium - two designated smoking areas were available outside the confines of the stadium.
If you have any questions or concerns then please raise them with a steward, who can put you in touch with the right person right away
The New Lawn is a fantastic stadium, and but working together we are going to really enjoy these first-rate facilities, please help us to help you make this a real home from home.
