Gloucester City Football Club can confirm that it has reached an agreement with AFC Telford United to bring forward the fixture between the two sides at the New Bucks Head.
The game was originally scheduled for Tuesday 21 March, but with the two sides both having a free weekend, it has been agreed with the league that the game will be brought forward.
The fixture will now be played on Saturday 4 February, 15:00 kick-off at the New Bucks Head.
We have faced off with Telford once already this season, where the Tigers were comfortable 3-0 winners on a Tuesday night at Whaddon Road that turned into the Joe Hanks show, with the City midfield man contributing two goals and an assist.
We were scheduled to face Nuneaton Town originally on that date, but with Nuneaton advancing to the next round of the Buildbase FA Trophy, that would’ve left the Tigers without a game for the second weekend out of three.
The provisional date for the rearranged game at Nuneaton is Tuesday 28 February, however this is subject to final confirmation.
