Gloucester City Football Club would like to announce a significant change to its coaching structure in preparation for next season.\r\n\r\nFirst team coach Neil Mustoe will be leaving his current position, with former Tigers defender Marc Richards returning to the club as a player-coach.\r\n\r\n“I needed to look at my coaching team in order to get best value from my budget through employing a player-coach,” explained Tigers boss Tim Harris.\r\n\r\n”Marc is the senior football manager at Hartpury College, and also holds a UEFA A Coaching  licence, so he brings a wealth of experience on the coaching side, and at just 32 years of age can still play a major part on the pitch next season.\r\n\r\n”That said it has been by far the most difficult decision of my time back at the club to replace Neil Mustoe – he has been an outstanding servant to the club, and we would like to place on record our huge gratitude for that.\r\n\r\n”We would like to keep Neil  involved with the wider club if at all possible.”
