Matt Rose is a Tigers legend after scoring the only goal in the club’s play-off final victory over Farnborough in 2009. A popular figure for the club, he played for the Tigers on two separate occasions with an affluent spell at Newport County. He had been assistant manager at Bishops’ Cleeve before being lured back into the Gloucester fold.\r\n
