National League South
Kick Off: 15:00
City travel to newly promoted Dulwich Hamlet on Saturday for the first game of their bank holiday weekend doubleheader.
The Tigers are currently 16th in the National League South after a shaky start to the season which has seen them win just two of their opening five games.
Marc Richards’ men recovered from back-to-back defeats, with a narrow victory over East Thurrock at the Jubilee last weekend.
Ben Seymour’s first-half strike was enough to edge out the Rocks, to earn a much needed three points after a tough start to the campaign.
But City are yet to pick up a point or even score on the road so far this campaign and face a tight schedule, with only one day’s rest ahead of Monday’s game at home to Torquay.
Dulwich, are currently ground sharing with Tooting & Mitcham and were promoted to the National League South after beating Hendon on penalties in the play-off final last May.
They come into the game 18th in the table and like City, have endured a difficult start to the season.
They are without a win in their last three games and were beaten 2-1 away at Bath last weekend. Despite taking an early lead through Nyren Clunis, a Ryan Brunt double in the second-half claimed all three points for the home side.
Dulwich brought in a host of new signings over the summer, including former Grimsby and Colchester midfielder, Dominic Vose.
The addition of defender Magnus Okuonghae has added plenty of experience to the backline, the Nigerian has played in both League One and Two in his career.
