City fans raise more than £100 for charity

Generous Tigers fans raised more than £100 for charity during their last home game.

A total of £121 was collected for the Meningitis Trust at City’s FA Cup game against Chippenham Town.

Based in Stroud, the Meningitis Trust is the oldest meningitis charity in the world.

Very often life is never the same after meningitis strikes; for the individual or their family.

There are over 500,000 people living in the UK who have had meningitis and thousands more have had to face a future without a loved one. The impact of meningitis is so great that 1 in 4 adults know of someone who has been affected.

The Meningitis Trust gives them the strength to rebuild their lives through a unique range of free services and a local support network.
